Hubert quince barrique brandy
Hubert quince brandy is produced from hand-picked fully ripe quince fruits. Golden color that comes from oak barrels in which it is aged for at least three years, full and rich taste of quince interwoven with the taste of vanilla, typical and refined aroma. It is produced in the traditional way, in copper cauldrons by double distillation, according to an old proven family recipe. Brandy is aged in barrels made of hundred-year-old oak. The brandy strength is 40% vol. It is served as a digestive, at a temperature of 16-18 degrees.
